“I thought I would write and express our thanks to you and the whole team. The service you provided was outstanding. You supplied and fitted our new inset wood stove yesterday. Through no fault of yours, removing the existing fire from the surround proved a mammoth task. What should have been a two-hour task took 8 hours.
The two engineers didn’t moan or give up. They just got on with it. I have no idea how they extracted the old fire without damaging the grade 2 listed surround but they did. It was not damaged in any way! The new stove looks great!

“The first time we met Adam we instantly liked him. We were happy when his very reasonable quote arrived a couple of days later for installing our log burner. We did have some teething problems with two stove companies each sending the wrong stove, however, Adam was extremely patient returning to our home to complete the installation. Adam and Matt both being very professional in their work, keeping everything clean and tidy, and both very polite. I must also mention Amy the PA to the engineers, she is a delight to work with also very friendly and extremely helpful.
