“After deciding to install a log burner in our lounge we got in touch with Kent Stoves and from the first phone call I was sure they were the right company for us to use, they came to our home and did a detailed survey, then kept us fully updated at all times
Regarding installation, the day Kent Stoves gave us in October for the fitters to come in December was kept to the minute and not cancelled which in todays world is quite amazing.
The two first class fitters who arrived on the date and time promised were amazing they completely covered all the furniture and flooring and did a fantastic job installing our new wood burner, after finishing the installation they left our home exactly as they found it, thank you very much Nigel and Jack.

“The 2 guys that came to fit our stove were “Superb”.
They put mats down so not to dirty the floors, polite and explained well to Hazel about multifuel workings and fire set up.
They had to take off a small flanged pipe at back of boiler and made a circular plate to bolt to where the pipe was otherwise the burner would not have fitted.
Make a curved baffle plate instead of a flat one inside of chimney, because of no flue bend supplied. They cleared up after themselves and bagged up rubbish for me to take to tip.
These two guys are real tradesmen as I think basic fitters would have said “ Sorry mate we can’t fit it “. They sorted the problem and got over it . Please let them both know that they are very good at their work and a credit to the teams you use to fit your wood / multifuel burners.”

“I thought I would write and express our thanks to you and the whole team. The service you provided was outstanding. You supplied and fitted our new inset wood stove yesterday. Through no fault of yours, removing the existing fire from the surround proved a mammoth task. What should have been a two-hour task took 8 hours.
The two engineers didn’t moan or give up. They just got on with it. I have no idea how they extracted the old fire without damaging the grade 2 listed surround but they did. It was not damaged in any way! The new stove looks great!
